HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Hey Guys and gals! Sorry it's been so long since I checked in. I hope you all had a great holiday and new year. Well the way things are looking I will be scaling it back here to about 2 updates a week pretty soon and maybe 1 a week here and there for now. I do want to say Thank you all for your positive feedback, helpful thoughts and overall support from my last "news" post. Unfortunately the main problem isn't so much the cost of doing business as it is the lack of income coming in. There just aren't as many people joining and such. In the meantime I am going to find another main source of income and do this as a sideline. I am also STILL working out a deal with a company to do some live shows and see what happens with that. Its still in the works but I am hoping to try it out in a few weeks. Don't know what else I can do. As some of you suggested I HAVE tried shooting less porn stars and more amateurs and I have tried clips 4 sale and it doesn't do anything for me. I have really gotten things overall dialed in pretty good these days production wise, I built out a nice studio last year that I like, which by the way the only reason I was able to make that happen was because I sold my house and loaned money to the company. Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to make that happen. It's just harder and harder these days to find paying customers. God bless you all for still being willing to do that. It is hard to find quality content of this type but it appears that for the masses, like most other things it doesn't matter to them all that much. If its free its me as they say :-). and really I can't blame anyone for that, but it just sucks for me and really for the whole adult industry, believe me I'm not the only one struggling over here! I am really curious to see how this all plays out in a few years. How many companies will be left still producing content. I guess time will tell. In the meantime I will do what I can but its just going to be less and less. It's a bummer but what can ya do! Anyway Thanks again for all your support, I will check in here and there and let ya know what's happening. PEACE!

Hi JB, I don't know if this would help get more paying customers, but have you seen the content from AISS.cc? They have a unique spin on the PH fetish, with the shoots done almost exclusively outdoors, and in public. They also do a lot of tease, not completely nude models wearing hose (not that I mind), but sometimes in just a shirt and heels, wearing uniforms, etc. Just a thought.

At first I thought your blog posts about scaling back operations and discontinuing the membership option was going to be like the time you said you were going to shut down the DVD store. It motivated customers to buy (while they still had the chance), and the store is still open. But, it sounds like you are serious. Have you sent out a "last chance" e-mail for people who don't read your blog? That might help to get them "off the fence," so to speak. I think part of the problem might be that women hardly wear pantyhose anymore. So, the younger guys don't see women walking around in pantyhose and hear the click-clack of their high heels. The rest of it is, as you say, that a lot of people just don't want to pay for online content. Anyway, I've been a fan since '92 after I saw one of your ads in Leg Show magazine and ordered a few of your tapes. Best wishes, good luck and congratulations on your legendary career.

Thanks JB for keeping us in the loop. You've been great at what you do. I'm sorry to hear that the issue is lack of membership. I always worry about the effect that places like Xhamster, xvideos and all the other sites who host copyrighted material would have on businesses like you. We are seeing the effect now sad to say. I've been a fan for so long since pretty much 89. I had so many DVD's and VHS tapes! Couldn't get enough of what you put out. Good luck sir and thank you very much for what you have done.
